The staff were outstanding—always very helpful and patient. I needed to buy stockings one night and the very helpful young woman at the desk sent me immediately to the right place! I should add that the breakfast itself was a highlight. Most days, we never had to stop for lunch. I will definitely return and I am recommending to friends especially after a very disappointing hotel stay in Amsterdam which was approximately the same price for a room 1/4 the size with inedible expensive breakfasts.

This property does not have a reception. All guests are required to complete an online check-in before arrival, and apartment access details will be sent electronically. The location is 200m from transportation. The apartment was sparkly clean. Perfect facilities. I will be back if I am in Berlin.

The staff was very nice and helpful . I liked the room, the service. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful! They answered any request I had . The location is great !

The quintessence of luxury lodging, the Adlon is a legendary 5-star hotel situated in Berlin’s Mitte, beside the Brandenburg Gate. Staffs at reception were highly professional. They exceeded my expectation.
