A recently renovated apartment, Centro Macas offers accommodation in Macas. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. As the name suggests, The accomodation is located in a very convenient central part of the city. Many fairly priced restaurants around, and if you want to splurge, there are some upper-market cafes a short walking distance also. And as a cherry on the cake, there are some great views of a nearby, frequently erupting volcano Rosa, the host, goes above and beyond making sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and are armed with enough knowledge to get the most out of her city. I originally stayed here as a stop over town to break up my travels. But ended up staying a little longer because I enjoyed it so much.

I long for the sound of the river and the birds! The staff is exceptional. They were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped us experience the birds in ways I would have not imagined.

What a great place!! We loved the accommodation which made us feel like we were in Jungle book (the movie). The accommodation is made fit in the surrounding nature perfectly. All the facilities are made from natural materials. Even the shower was from natural water from the forest. No problem to take a cold shower in such a perfect place. The breakfast was lovely and very fresh. The owners are young and ambitious, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. We loved it here♥️
