Neom Pyramids Valley hotel was a wonderful stay. I booked it after a reservation at another hotel was unexpectedly cancelled. I’m glad it happened! My stay was wonderful, the room (high floor pyramid view suite) was as described/pictured. I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were amazing! The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but was not a problem to me. Hot water was plentiful. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace was also nice and I enjoyed. A local also mentioned this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful…I wish I remembered their names so I can acknowledge them properly. I enjoyed my stay and I have plans to return. Fantastic views from the terrace and from the room window, and you can even see the light and sound show at the pyramids without leaving the hotel. Very helpful but never intrusive staff. Excellent Wi-Fi connection.

Despite feeling physically unwell in Egypt, I felt truly comfortable at the hotel: attentive staff, hearty breakfasts, and beautiful views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Giza is not the cleanest area in Cairo, so Sequoia is literally an oasis of comfort amid the general chaos. Yes, of course, there are many fruit and juice shops nearby, banks, and most importantly - the entrance to the Pyramids, but all of this is in constant motion and full of questions. The staff not only helped us get from the airport to the hotel (and back), but also arranged a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the driver took us in the morning and picked us up in the evening. Any other requests were also handled quickly and efficiently.

The lady at the reception ,named Noha😊was extremely kind—she brought the luggage we had left at the front desk up to our room and even offered us breakfast. Also the mum makes AMAZING food at very cheap price so if you are here make sure to eat her food its great! 10 mins walk to the Pyramids and also taxis are cheap if you want to visit Cairo.
