Our experience at Queen Cleopatra Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us not just like guests, but like family. Mufa and Mizu were absolutely phenomenal – incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24/7 for anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference; they really felt like brothers to us throughout the stay. The location is simply breathtaking. The rooftop terrace is something out of a dream: you have the Sphinx right in front of you, the pyramids rising behind her, and a panoramic view that is magical at any time of day. Breakfast on the terrace was unforgettable, with the sun lighting up the desert and the pyramids in the background. And the best part? You can access the rooftop whenever you want – morning, evening, late at night. Sitting there under the stars, watching the pyramids in silence, was one of the most special experiences of our trip. Everything about this place felt authentic, warm, and truly welcoming. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers not just a room, but a meaningful and memorable experience, this is it. Despite feeling physically unwell in Egypt, I felt truly comfortable at the hotel: attentive staff, hearty breakfasts, and beautiful views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Giza is not the cleanest area in Cairo, so Sequoia is literally an oasis of comfort amid the general chaos. Yes, of course, there are many fruit and juice shops nearby, banks, and most importantly - the entrance to the Pyramids, but all of this is in constant motion and full of questions. The staff not only helped us get from the airport to the hotel (and back), but also arranged a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the driver took us in the morning and picked us up in the evening. Any other requests were also handled quickly and efficiently.

The lady at the reception ,named Noha😊was extremely kind—she brought the luggage we had left at the front desk up to our room and even offered us breakfast. It was a really wonderful experience in Cairo. Thank you so much! The Wi-Fi worked well ,which made everything comfortable!

Also the mum makes AMAZING food at very cheap price so if you are here make sure to eat her food its great! 10 mins walk to the Pyramids and also taxis are cheap if you want to visit Cairo.
