Our experience at Queen Cleopatra Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us not just like guests, but like family. Mufa and Mizu were absolutely phenomenal – incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24/7 for anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference; they really felt like brothers to us throughout the stay. The location is simply breathtaking. The rooftop terrace is something out of a dream: you have the Sphinx right in front of you, the pyramids rising behind her, and a panoramic view that is magical at any time of day. Breakfast on the terrace was unforgettable, with the sun lighting up the desert and the pyramids in the background. And the best part? You can access the rooftop whenever you want – morning, evening, late at night. Sitting there under the stars, watching the pyramids in silence, was one of the most special experiences of our trip. Everything about this place felt authentic, warm, and truly welcoming. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers not just a room, but a meaningful and memorable experience, this is it. We couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you again to the whole team – especially Mufaa and Mizu – for making our time in Giza absolutely perfect. I think it was the best and cleanest place I have ever slept in the downtown of Cairo. The staff were very nice and helpful. They speak excellent English and take care of you at any moment of your stay. I think the hotel is a hidden gem that should be kept in secret.
