It is part of the listed buildings of the 12th century Heritage, a place of magic, culture and art. The hotel is in an old building and repurposed carefully with a concept of respecting the environment and sustainability. Everything is carefully designed. The rooms are themed in history. My room was big and had two balconies filling up daylight. There is an effort towards bringing people together by giving a beautiful common room for free tea and coffee. The breakfast was served in a cistern like place with one long dining table. I think that’s wonderful to sit together and eat. The staff is very polite and helpful and do their best to accommodate. I had a great time.

I did not know what to expect but everything was amazing, hosts are amazing they know and love what they are doing and it shows! The sleep was super confortable, price was good, hosts share their knowledge and boy so they have knowledge, it was one of those places that makes your holiday, it stays in your memory, you keep the wish to go back and see them again! If you are around, don’t search for anything else!
