The person who works there very polite and helpful.

Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

The location cannot be any better. Its less than 5 minutes walk to the Puente Nuevo bridge for unforgettable views. There are many restaurants nearby in the new part of town as well an in the old town. The staff were super-friendly.
