Each room is accessible by stairs, there are several floors, ladies manage it, you carry your luggage up yourself. Breakfast is adequate, with several types of food, but unfortunately not "Georgian" and it is not very available before 9:00. For earlier departures (buses to Kutaisi, for example, leave at 8:00 in the morning) they give you a food package.
