A real gem at the hearth of the city. Amazing location, all the stuff were so lovely. We picked the hotel based on the location and the breakfast and I can say that it’s one of the best breakfast so far. All the omlets and sides are prepared individually.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was superb, offering excellent food and a great dining experience. All in all, it was a truly lovely stay, and we would be very happy to return.

Reception works 24/7 and receptionists are very friendly , gave us some advice. My room wasn’t really ready when I arrived ( at 6 am) . It had trash in the small bin and no toothpaste. Next day everything was perfectly clean . Food was delicious . The fact that they say everything by themselves ( salads , bakery and etc ) is amazing

**Wow — an exceptional hotel and experience!** What a great location and an amazing overall experience. The hotel is very new, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful — spacious, modern, chic, and exceptionally clean. One of the best features is the **free cable car**, which takes you directly into downtown, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. The hotel also has a golf facility, which adds another great option for guests. The two restaurants were both outstanding. Excellent food, great variety, and beautiful settings, with service that was excellent throughout our stay. The spa facilities are also fantastic and feel like a complete wellness area. There are **two pools, a large Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and an ice room**, along with massage treatments and a bar. The gym is also large and very well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. Great breakfast, the selection is something I have never seen before. Overall, this hotel has everything you could want — beautiful rooms, excellent restaurants, a full spa, great facilities, convenient transportation into downtown, and fantastic service. **Would absolutely come here again and again!**

The room was very beautiful, everything is new and clean. Breakfast was good too, always prepared by a nice lady. Would definitely stay again.
