The location was excellent, very close to the port, which made everything easy. Before our arrival, we received a very clear and detailed information email, and every question we asked before the trip was answered within the same day. The communication was professional, warm, and reassuring. Our biggest concern was staying during winter, as we were worried the studio might be cold, but it was perfectly heated and very comfortable. The studio was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. What really made our stay special were the small but meaningful touches: the locally inspired mastic-scented shower gel, a sweet treat on the table with a note celebrating the New Year, and on New Year’s Eve, they even offered vasilopita, the traditional Greek New Year bread. These gestures made us feel genuinely welcomed. During our stay in winter, the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet, which we truly appreciated. Cleanliness, excellent communication, and great attention to detail made this one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it, especially to travelers visiting Chios during the winter season.
