This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

The hotel is modern, clean and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was modernly furnished, really clean and cozy. The staff is kind and helpful when you need something. The location is good. You can easily get to the center by walk or by bus. There are several supermarkets, bakeries and cafes in the vicinity. If you arrive too early or want to leave later, there are several lockers right at the entrance to the building where you can lock your luggage. Possibility of washing clothes etc. I recommend !! really good atmosphere

The decor was stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated—every space felt intentional. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that elevated the entire stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was absolutely perfect—central to all of my exploring sites and nestled among amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the metro, and walkable city life. Cloud 8 bar was a whole vibe, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional—fresh, abundant, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was so good that I happily left tips because the service truly deserved it.
