Villa Maria is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Maria and her husband Mannolis are very helpfull and kind People. Rooms were very clean and they'd everything what wę needed. We highly recommend Villa Maria to stay on Samos. What we appraciate especially is a swiminng pool and the beach just few steps from villa. There are also tavernas, supermarkets and bakerys near to it. What is worth to know - is necessary to rent a car if you want to go somewhere from Kampos. You can rent a car from Mannolis. Kampos is quite far from other touristic villages like Pitagorio, Karlovassi or Kamari and there is no public transport to get there.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday right next to the water, you are in for a real treat. The location was absolutely fantastic, Poseidonio is paradise. You can spend your days swimming, snorkelling & canoeing, eating in (equipped kitchen & outdoor table & chairs) or dining out (nice restaurants within walking distance), chatting to the lovely neighbours (locals & guests) and enjoying the sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers or swinging bench. The passing by or day visiting boats also provide some good energy to the area and there is a small supermarket you can reach by foot.

We stayed 5 people and it was all perfect. Everything in the house was nearly new and hygenic . The landlord and the neighbours were so kind , if we had a problem they’d help us with everything. If I visit Samos one more time I’ll be staying here again.

We had a peaceful holiday in a private bay with a few houses, in a private area with stunning views. There was also a lovely tavern in the adjacent bay. While the roads aren't very good, you can easily get around with a decent car and some experience. Stella was very sweet and hospitable. We plan to go again.

We stayed 2 family with 3 childs. House is very big, every rooms have air condition. Close to center of Vathy. You will have all necessary equipments in kitchen to prepare meal whatever you find. Thank you for Katherina for help whenever you need. We advice who wants to rent this house✌️
