First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. From the beginning, we felt very welcomed with our dog (and kid). The hosts are very positive and polite, which is a very important thing for us to feel good. The apartment was new, clean, and comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing, close to a nice spacious beach that was not crowded with umbrellas.

We had great time in Kali Thea Suites. Very beautiful, very clean and modern rooms with beautiful view. I loved the smell of clean towels. Host, miss Kali, gave us tips what to see and what to avoid :) Everything was perfect!

The house we stayed in was very comfortable, perfectly maintained and in general a high quality build/finish top to bottom.

Villa is beautiful, located 100m from the sea, and 15min walk to the city center. Our accommodation on the ground floor had two terraces, one in front of the villa and one at the back with an exit to the garden, and the children enjoyed it. Everything was clean, and the owners were very nice and friendly. All in all 10/10.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is fairly new and very well maintained. The pool is very claen and nice to swim in. The reception staff is very polite and welcoming. Location of the property is good, it is around 300 meters from the beach and the coastal street with all the restaurants, supermarkets and sunbeds. It takes you around 5 minutes max to reach it by foot. We came with our car but preferred to walk to there since it was so close. The parking was super for the facility. It is private and has shade tents for the cars. It has an automatic sliding door, so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. Our room was the two floor suite, it is very nice and modern, it has an equipped kitchen, which we used a few times to cook. The style of the suite is modern and very chique. It was very quite, there was no noise, and overall we mamaged to rest very well there.
