Tallest tower in El Paredón with a cool view. But it’s an economical option for AC and a refreshing pool. Worth it with the heat. Owner there on the weekends and is very nice :)

thank you to macarena for a warm welcome and making it feel like home! after 5 months of travelling and sleeping in all sorts of places, the little private bungalow was an absolute luxury to me. everything is super clean, cozy and comfortable, made of natural materials so you’re guaranteed the best sleep of your life. i have never slept in a room so cozy! the location is away from all the partying, so finally i could get the quiet i really needed . and the owners are very kind and caring. there’s free water as well and a nice common area with a tree house like arrangement with lots of hammocks to relax and hide away from the heat.

Incredibly modern, clean, spacious and beautiful accomodation with large windows. The host was flexible about paying with cash or bank transfer. Nice comfortable bed and shower. AC works great and is VERY NECESSARY in El Paredon.

Had a great stay in El Paredon! Saya coliving is a newer building with great rooms and facilities including a kitchen, balcony and rooftop space. The staff were friendly and helpful! The bathrooms were good and the outdoor pool was fantastic! A few minutes walk to the beach and shops Quiet at night, good AC. Had some flooding due to a huge downpour - staff were helpful and offered compensation for wet floors. I understand the problem causing wet floors is now fixed!
