Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Sumatra

The owners - Charka and Putra! I miss you already! And Lou Lou the resident doggie- miss you too. The beach was idyllic and nothing beats sleeping to the sound of waves at your doorstep. Everything was so well organised for us and this is just a fantastic place.

location is nice, got free filtered water refill, nice view of the lake, got nice cats, n dogs. parking is safe. i park my motorbike safely. got cctv.

The rooms are a little run down but still cute and the bed is comfortable. The location is out of town (about a 45 minute walk or 10 minute tuktuk) but that means it is in beautiful countryside and the walk along the river to get into the village is lovely. Depends on your priorities location wise. The owners were friendly, spoke good English and gave us a lift into the village too. They set up a hammock outside our room and organised us breakfast. Also, cute dogs!

Good value and clean room. I could bring my dog and the staff help to keep his dog away from us to prevent unwanted quarrel between the dogs.

It's a pet friendly hotel wuth nicw and gelpful staff. The amazung thing ia rgat we can catch fish from the fish pond abd take vegggies from rge garden and cook rhem in the villa. Rge kitchen appliances are well equipped. Really a nice stay.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, lpcation is a bit out of the center but therefore in the green hills, wonderful garden, bunch of friendly dogs aound, nice 30 minute walk into town

The room is located beside petrol kiosk and there was loud music played throughout the night. In addition, there is a secondary school just opposite the petrol kiosk. The school started as early as 7am. Too much of noise.

Loved the family feel of the place, young baby, friendly cat, lazy dog and all. Right on the lake among avocado and mango trees and about a million birds. The superior rooms with balcony are nice, though the simpler/cheaper ones could do with a bit of love and care.
