We stayed there before and after a 4 day jungle trek during the low/wet season. The bungalow was located on the river, right at the edge of the jungle. There are frequently macaque and Thomas's leaf monkeys in the trees and jumping on the roof. You can leave non-food items on the patio (like clothes drying after the jungle), but the host advised us to keep the door locked when we aren't around to keep them from coming in. We specifically chose somewhere without AC to acclimatize to the temperature and humidity, but ventilation inside was good. Porters met us at our taxi to carry the luggage through the village and across the bridge, which was appreciated.

Beautiful location right on the river, surrounded by nature and beautiful views, a retreat from the busy-ness of town. It is only a short motorbike ride into town, and you can walk ~10 mins to get to an alfamart/indomaret. I did 2 days jungle trekking with Andi who was a great guide. We saw lots of orangutans and other wildlife, and he shared a lot of great information about the jungle. I went with a group and he was very attentive with the guests and everyone's different needs and comfort levels with the hiking. Dika, Dedek, and the rest of the family were so friendly and happy to answer any questions or help with anything, and make an amazing breakfast which is included. Andi arranged a car to and from the airport. Wifi was functional most of the time, which was helpful because I spent a lot of time working remotely in the restaurant. Bed in my room was very firm and comfortable, which is important to note because some different guesthouses where I've stayed have had very squishy, sinking beds. Bathroom has good showerhead water pressure, a western style toilet, and bidet. They provide toilet paper if needed. Towels also provided. Screens on windows prevent mosquitos from getting inside, and there is a fan inside the room for when it gets hot. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and a family business that makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Nastanitev Toba Boi se nahaja v mestu Tuk Tuk. Gostišče nudi razgled na gore in teraso. V nastanitvi vse sobe nudijo balkon s pogledom na jezero. The hosts Dong and Seska were so friendly and helpful which made it my stay a memorable one. There is a bar / restaurant across the road which does great food and the bar has live music on a Saturday night which is also very good. I rented a motorbike which was very handy from the accommodation which was convenient and a good price too and they also provide a good laundry service. The upstairs area at the front was good for chilling out with a nice view of the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Try the Tuak when you're there - it's the local palm wine.

We had a wonderful time in Tailana! The island is paradisiac and it's easy to snorkel around it because there's almost no water current. Also, you can wear whatever type of bathing suit you feel comfortable wearing here. The facilities are beautiful and a great compromise between comfort and adventure. Beds are great, the bungalow was clean and spacious, the mosquito net is probably the best one we've encountered in our trip so far, toilets were always clean, and we really enjoyed the open-air coconut shower. The manager Thomas and his helper Lukas are very friendly people, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also loved the food. Edo is such a talented cook, and he didn't mind us watching every step of the preparation of our meals and asking him lots of questions. We would definitely come back to this place because the whole experience was beautiful.

Nastanitev Indra Valley Inn Bukit Lawang se nahaja v mestu Bukit Lawang in ponuja vrt. The rooms were nice and clean, the property was absolutely beautiful!! The river, the views!! We all loved the placed and we will absolutely come back, the stuff was super nice and the activities we did were amazing!!! Our tour guide was very gentle, helping us with everything we need it, the tour to see the orangutans was a dream come true and the hike we did even though was very difficult ( we choose the difficult path) it was so magical no one want it to finish, we decide to choose a tour were we sleep in the jungle for one night and we just wish that we could’ve stay more, there were monkeys everywhere we were so high in the mountains that we can see the clouds near us, a totally mystical experience. Thank you all we will keep this places for ever in our hearts

Nastanitev Playgrounds Sabbit Mentawai Surfcamp se nahaja v mestu Pulau Masokut in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter bar. Osebje nastanitve vam lahko uredi letališki prevoz. Fantastic rooms. Location is perfect, with any kind of waves around and amazing sunsets. Paco an Carlos are Fantastic guides and excellent people, although Paco sings terribly!!! ;) Special mention to the food; it's tasty and varied, with different homemade desserts every day. I will definitely be back!!!

Nastanitev Mulei homestay se nahaja v mestu Wainapal. Nastanitev nudi dostop do terase, uporabljate pa lahko tudi brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. V B&B-ju imate na voljo brisače in posteljnino. Selvia is an incredible host. Very good location too
