Really exceptional staff, all of whom were genuine, friendly and went out of their way to be very welcoming and helpful.

Perched 4000 feet above sea level on a peaceful hillside is Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg. Excellent location and great staff. Especially Sonu and Rehman going the extra mile with some decorations for our 25th.

The room was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owner and their family took great care of us and made us feel truly welcome. They charged extra for food, but it was absolutely worth it — the food was tasty and felt like home-cooked meals. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and gave us a really good feeling. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The restrooms were spotless, and the parking facility for both 2-wheelers and cars was a big plus. It is located just 1 km from the main town, making it very accessible. Mr. Madan, the owner, is very supportive and quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely visit again.

Small, but a very well landscaped garden, amazing view of the coffee estate surrounding cotrages, spacious, clean rooms and excellent housekeeping made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. Food was simple yet tasty. It was mostly authentic Coorgi cuisine which was enjoyable.
