It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast & dinner were included. The service was top notch. The staff were very friendly. The facility is so clean. The indoor pool was awesome. I love everything about this cave hotel. Elevator is also available.

This place was the best one during our trip (we stayed in 5 different places). We had really nice suite, very bright and spacious. The host is amazing- very helpful, proactive and warm. Breakfast is delicious- all home made. The parking lot is 2 mins from the hotel which is great if you have large suitcase. the view from the front of the hotel is amazing.

We truly enjoyed our stay. From the excellent communication with Erasmo — especially when we needed to leave our backpacks earlier before check-in — to his kind and friendly approach, everything was perfect. We received interesting information about the history of the city, as well as great recommendations for places to eat and where to learn more about the history of Matera. I had a wonderful stay in Matera. The hotel was in the perfect location, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The room and amenities were excellent, and the breakfast each morning was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered some fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced the experience. I would definitely stay here again.
