Its a minimalist, bright and nice accommodation. The room was big and well done furnished. The whole place was very clean. The host was very friendly and he made sure we have everything. There is snack and food for breakfast more than enough. Even the host brought fresh croissant. I am sure I will come back here.

The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated, a rare find in Elba. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay, even a bluetooth speaker! The view is priceless. If you want peace and tranquility only 9 minutes away from Porto Azzuro, this is your place. Enjoy your breakfast or the sunset with the view over the harbor and scent of wild herbs and flowers. 10/10

Our room (olive) was beautiful - so calm, roomy and comfortable, with its own balcony overlooking the outdoor seating and restaurant. And easy access to the sofas on the shared balcony overlooking the pool. And of course the fabulous bath!! (Omg!) the walk-in shower is great too, and the olive shampoo, soap etc lovely touches. There are olive trees next door, fresh herbs all around and a relaxed atmosphere, complete with super laid-back cats! We also loved the wine, made on the property, which gets bought up by restaurants all over the island. There’s a shop onsite so you can buy it.

The villa is at the centre of the village and only 5min of walk to Procchio beach. Even without a car, it's very easy to get there by bus from Portoferraio with the 116 and to reach other villages of the island via the same line. looking forward to come back one day

We especially liked the well-designed complex with two immaculately clean salt-water pools, the garden, and underground garages. The apartments are packed together but still well insulated (quiet even in high season). We enjoyed the helpful staff and the location to town, grocery, and nature. The cooperation with the neighboring vineyard for nature walks and runs was great. For daily off road Jogging a great location.

We spent 6 days in a spacy and calm apartment equipped with everything what we needed. This apartment was located at a huge property (the farm), surrounded with trees. We were in a real beautiful nature! But really close to Porto Azzurro (in a walking distance) and also all other landmarks and marvellous beaches of Elba Island were easily reachable by car. The whole property was fenced and safe (we could park our car directly in front of our apartment in a shade). The owner and his wife were so kind, friendly and hospitable! They gave us so tasty vegetable and fruit and were ready for our potential needs. Their dog was so good and well behaved. Our dog loved this place. We could use the outside grill – it was perfect! We enjoyed our stay there a lot. We can really recommend this accommodation to everybody!
