The room was spacious. The kitchen was full of food, coffee and lots of water that you could take any time. In the ensuite bedroom, there was air-conditioning.

The best holiday we have ever been to, thanks to this hotel in no small part. We have never been to anything similiar like this, the beautiful accomodation, beautiful enviroment and scenery you see from the balcony, alongside the packed restaurant and bar during the late evening. The staff is also very welcoming and kind. It was very special and we will definitely try more Agriturismo hotels in the future, as this one was our first, hough I doubt any will surpass this one.

Beautiful property 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room came perfectly equipped for everything, with several shelving and amenities to make the short stay super comfortable. We only stopped for one night but could easily have done longer, as the accommodation had everything we needed, including a well stocked and large kitchen. The hosts were super helpful too, as they gave us recommendations for beaches to go to when the weather was windy. One of the most beautiful short stays I’ve done, would definitely recommend and would 100% go back.

Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

This family driven resort has it all. A cozy, small-scale atmosphere, perfectly maintained facilities such as a swimming pool, beach volleyball court, pétanque field, barbecues, and a beautiful garden with old trees. Francesco and his family are true professionals who create the ultimate holiday vibe. And on top of that, they make perfect Gin & Tonics 😉 We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi next to our appartement – it was cleaned every morning by the team. It’s perfect located between Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio Don’t hesitate – just book it!

Amazing hotel, awesome location, just next to the beach. Ok, the rooms are small, but the location and the view are so perfect that you quickly forget about the size of the room :) Breakfasts are so delicious and varied, with very tasty, local products and the staff during breakfast is so helpful, friendly and gorgeous! Generally people working at the hotel are simply amazing and wonderful !

The location was very good as we were doing the GTE. Lorella was a very attentive host, replied very quickly to any messages. Good food/ breakfast.
