ItalyA fully renovated historical mansion in the heart of Fabriano. This boutique hotel has been finished to the highest standards, the attention to detail is remarkable. The bedding, soft furnishings and furniture etc are all of excellent quality. A design gem! The staff are very professional and knowledgeable, the breakfast was excellent too. Looking forward to trying the wellness centre which also looked fabulous!

I would reccomed this location for all who search a place to chill, like quiet locations and tranquility. Perfect for exploring Marche and Umbria, the hosts were very kind, helpful, food delicious (breakfast and dinner beyond our expectations). The house is surrounded by trees, has a nice swimpool and we just can't forget lovely cats and a dog. Room was very clean and cosy. We will definitely come back!

The location was stunning and the house was lovely and cool, which was especially nice given the high temperatures and the fact that we travelled with our dogs. They loved coming home from a morning of hiking and sleeping on the house's cool floors. Silvija was a welcoming host and left us with an abundant breakfast that lasted us beyond the three mornings we stayed at the house. We really loved the village - there were so many gorgeous lookouts, a nice bar for an aperitivo and two great restaurants that we ate at for dinner.

It’s nicely furnished. Has everything you need. Well organized space inside. Lovely garden outside. It’s perfect for a family with 2 children and very dog friendly. We chose it for its proximity to the dog beach at Arzilla.

The place was cozy, neat, clean and had a magnificent location in the middle of the hills.The host was very friendly and welcoming. We were traveling with our dog who had the opportunity to run free in the large garden, which we very much appreciated.

Absolutely everything, the rooms were spotless, as was the whole property. The breakfast was plentiful and catered for every taste. The hosts were absolutely FANTASTIC, and made the stay extremely enjoyable. This is a rare find, great value, not far from the beach and other restaurants. Marion and Lorenzo (the owners and hosts) went above and beyond to assist in anyway, they very kindly took care of our dog for an afternoon. Thank-you both for a very memorable stay, thank-you for looking after us all and we WILL be back.
