Villa La Lumia B&B Suites & Apartments is housed in an elegant 19th-century building, located in Agrigento, just 1 km from the Valley of the Temples. It offers free WiFi throughout and free private parking. La Lumia is a restored farmhouse surrounded by an ancient garden of orange and olive trees. (Our stay was during spring, the scent of orange blossom we won’t easily forget.) The owners are attentive, and the decoration of the accommodation is both beautiful and authentic. Breakfast is delicious and varied, which is not always the case in Italy. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the Temple Valley, making La Lumia a highly recommended place to stay.

It features a wellness centre, an outdoor pool, and both free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. Was my second time at Villa Athena, last time in 2018. Loved my stay again, location, property and service. Also food at the restaurant and breakfast was great

Peacefully located in nature, yet not far from the city. The room was lovely, with AC and a mosquito net, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless – everything clean and fresh. The whole house is beautiful, and the breakfast room with a huge window and stunning views is unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious – sweet and savory options like croissants, bread, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, roasted eggplant, bruschetta, omelet, cheese, and great espresso coffee. Giuseppe, the host, is amazing – kind, helpful, always making sure everyone feels great, and his cooking is fantastic. Every guest deserves a host like him! The road to the house is narrow and the last 200m are dirt, but we managed just fine with a Fiat Panda. Plus, there are cute dogs and cats around! This place is perfect in every way – I’ll remember it for a long time and truly wish I had stayed longer!

What is there not to like? The pool is fantastic. There are lots of lovely little cosy seating areas. There is a frisge with drinks that you can take and pay for when you check out. The owners are there in the mornings. We had breakfast for a small fee and it was out of this world! The absolute very best we have experienced-ever. My only regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights. It would have been better to stay here for longer and use it as a base for outings( or just to stay there-even better). Thankyou!! Our host and owner, Barbara, was incredibly gracious, accommodating, and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable, bright, clean, and nicely furnished in the local contemporary style. Breakfast is ordered the day before from a menu offering a wide variety of food, fruits, and juices—wonderfully prepared selections delivered to the rooms for a delightful self-serve breakfast. If you're driving, I recommend initially parking in the public lot at the edge of town, leaving your luggage, and walking to the BeB to check in. The BeB is situated in the city center, on a small street with limited parking. Once checked in, you can get driving directions and retrieve your car and luggage. If you're lucky, an on-street parking space might be available nearby.

Max is a wonderful host - very kind and generous. The apartment is spacious and airy - you can see the sea from the window - and had everything we needed. The location is great - just off the main street for restaurants and shops and five minutes walk from the train station.

The property features city views, and is 400 metres from Agrigento Train Station. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Such a lovely B&B and such an extremely nice owner. She spoilt me with delicious breakfast and always had a smile. The room was very nice and the shower had great water pressure. It's not always like that in Sicily. Location is awesome, quiet but totally central. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Agrigento.
