The reception staff are amazing - all of them. Everything is clean and the people are helpful and kind. There is a good mix of visitors and the location is an easy walk to downtown, Citadel and Theater. Easy on-street parking out the front. Kitchen is sufficient and clean. I stayed in both a private room and dormitory. Both were excellent.
