We loved the hospitality of this family! The apartment was clean, had 2 nice separate bedrooms with closets and a noce living room with kitchen. We were able to cook here. The gas heating worked wonders! When we flooded bathroom (our mistake), they immediately came to help. We also received tips what to see/do. The location is great - close to the centre but far enough from any noise (it is in backyard, not on themain street). Many thanks for everything!

This place exceeded the expectations of our whole family — mine, my wife’s, and our son’s. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly welcome. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always available — whether through WhatsApp or in person. They even welcomed us into their home, and we had the chance to learn a lot from them about local traditions and about Jordan in general. It’s a wonderful family with a great heart, and staying here gave us an authentic cultural experience that is hard to put into words. We arrived very late at night due to our flight, and the hosts still waited for us and took the time to explain everything calmly and thoroughly. Their hospitality alone made this stay unforgettable. It also helps that they speak excellent English, which made communication smooth and effortless. The location is fantastic: peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly situated — about 10 minutes by car from Madaba and also close to Amman. The apartment itself is comfortable and discreetly located, with plenty of space for parking. We also had access to a large terrace with a sofa swing, a cozy sitting area for enjoying coffee, and even the chance to play with the hosts’ adorable cats. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. For anyone wanting to connect with local culture, this type of accommodation is ideal. The added value of meeting such warm, open hosts is something you simply cannot overestimate. It makes arriving in a new country feel easy, safe, and truly enriching. As a family, we all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed — not just an apartment, but a place with real soul. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The key question now is whether this facility is worth to pay 230JOD++, and I believe it is reasonably priced for the following reasons: Having lived in Jordan for a long time, I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and chalets in the Dead Sea area. Generally, chalets priced under 200 JOD have a low barrier to entry. This often means they get run down quickly by discourteous guests, or they suffer from poor maintenance due to tight labor budgets. When you push the budget above 300 JOD, the facilities themselves are usually fine. However, at this price, consumers begin to weigh their options between a chalet and premium resort hotels located just 2 km down the road, like the Kempinski. While the resorts might be pricier, they offer full-service convenience along with beautifully landscaped, expansive gardens and walkways.
