Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.

They have a regular shuttle into town so it's quite easy to have dinner/onsen in town and then catch the night shuttle back to the hotel. They even provided gluten free bread!
