I had one of the best birthdays of my adult life here! I stopped writing reviews but it would be a disservice not to rate this glampsite. The tent was spacious and high, the toilets were clean, the food was divine, and the customer service おもてなし was impeccable. I was exhausted from work, stressed, jaded by city life, eating poorly and sleeping badly. I am so grateful to unwind in such a gorgeous location surrounded by nature and kindness. I recommend bringing crocks or sturdy slip-on outdoor shoes, especially for the toilet. I also suggest bringing earplugs if you wake easily to bird noise. I also recommend the venison stew, the cassis orange, and the apple pie. To the company, I know hot water is provided in a thermos but I would definitely rent a mini kettle if you had one available. All in all, a fantastic experience especially after two awful group camping trips. ありがとうございました！

Staff were exceedingly helpful with need to divert travel plans d/t typhoon- the front desk gentleman went above and beyond to have our luggage transferred from our hotel in Osaka (where we had forwarded it before going to Kamakura) to a different hotel in Tokyo (where we had to divert to get flight home and avoid typhoon related issues at KIX). Location close to train station Breakfast is very fresh and made when ordered- Japanese and Western options available I did not use it but was told by other group members that the tub/onsen-like bath was very relaxing. Rooms are extraordinarily spacious

하코네 내 Sengokuhara Onsen 구역에 위치한 Rakuten STAY VILLA Hakone Sengokuhara South Wing 104 or 105 BBQ Terrace Pet allowed Capacity of 10 persons에서 머물러보세요. The house was a home away from home. The private onsen was amazing. We had such a great time and the kids loved it there.

You will probably have the best host in town ! Very kind person, open minded and willing to discuss and provide great local tips which makes the stay easy and very interesting. The villa is located in the mountains, in a very quiet area, yet quite close to the lake and the bus stop. The sauna in the house was an amazing opportunity to relax, as was the comfortable bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and the blanket was warm and cozy. The owner was very kind and even left us some local sweets — that was such a lovely gesture.

Also, it's 15 minute walk to the great Buddha temple and 25 minutes to Kamakura station and the beautiful shopping street.
