This is truly charming place to stay, located in a peaceful and quiet area. The owner was very kind a helpful, recommending interesting places to visit and arranging me transfer to next destination. The accommodation itself is beautiful, newly built, has a warm wooden feel. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in Kandy - just past the university and the Royal Botanical Gardens The host was exceptional - always happy to have a conversation. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious (both English and Sri Lankan) The bed was very comfortable Shower had hot water. All the facilities were very clean. Indian adapter is needed and cash only If I come back to Sri Lanka, I will stay here again 😊

Everything is very good. Easily reachable by public bus, clean and relaxing room and very very very hospitable host. Shawn makes sure you are ok, gives advice about what to see, what to do, train, buses, basically you have any questions just ask him.

- One of the best places we ever had in our life. - The apartment is really big, well-equipped, it has everything you can ever need. - The view from the balcony and terrace is exceptional and mind-blowing. - The owners are amazing people. They are super-friendly, nice and helpful. They made for us nice juice welcome-drinks and served a great breakfast. Dylan took me to a wine shop and supermarket and back to the hotel and refused to take money for the ride. - In a 5-star hotel the staff treats you like a VIP person, because they HAVE to do it. In this place owners treat you like a VIP person, because they WANT to do it. See the difference. - Thanks a lot guys for having such an amazing experience.

It was one of our best stay. Sri was so helpful and friendly. He picked us up in the city, when we arrived and droped us off when we took the train to Ella. He also organised us train tickets and made our laundry. And the Breakfast was amazing! Typical Sri Lankan food. Thank you Sri for this two days!

Unbelievably good value for the low value paid. The full facilities, pool, fantastic breakfasts and specially prepared dinner (especially with 3 fussy kids) were worth a lot more. It will be a pleasure to return and see the smiles on Raj and the chefin.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean and quiet rooms spacious enough for Family with 2 Kids. My Kids love the french fries esp. And food in the hotel. Maxi and his Team are extremely professional. Best Small hotel that we had in Sri Lanka especially in Terms of breakfast, including proper food handling :) Worth recommending :)
