Patrick and his staff were hugely welcome and really helped us out after our original booking was cancelled at the last minute. In the end, we had an even better trip and appreciated the wonderful garden, pools and relaxed nature of the place. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The place is a little heaven in the middle of nowhere which is still very easily accessible. We wish the weather was a little better but we cannot fault the place or the people for it. The staff also responded to all the messages promptly and were so kind!
