Absolutely beautiful place. I appreciated the age of the building and character, etc. Birgu is a very beautiful place and lots to see. The location of the little house is perfect with easy access to the ferry to go over to valetta waterfront, etc. Museums close by and a big market up the road on a Tuesday. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat or drink close by. The host was absolutely wonderful and fixed a small issue promptly without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. Such a kind-hearted soul and was a pleasure to meet. I would 100% recommend staying here as not only is the price good but if you appreciate the beauty of places then this is where you want to be heading. Book!

Amazing location in Birgu Centre - bus stop is only couple of minutes away from the appartment. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, museums and things to see. There's also a small beach around 15-20 minutes away from it. Area is more on the quiet side because there's no major roads passing by directly under the apartment, but vehicles still drive past the appartment sometimes (not as many). Has practically everything you need - towels, small kitchen with sink and stove, cuttlery and some dishes, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, safe and even a hairdryer and an iron. Private bathroom with shower. There's also a jacuzzi on the roof accessible from 10-22 with a nice view on the harbour and a nice lounge area with sunbeds and towels. Very easy to check in at any time - digital lock. We liked this traditional style Maltese appartment.

Set in the heart of St Julians, InterContinental Malta is 200 metres from its own free private beach on St. George's Bay. It offers spacious rooms with free WiFi access and balcony.

Highly recommended! A truly customer-oriented hotel. We had a complaint about our room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional response. We were promptly moved to an upgraded room with additional services at no extra charge. Special thanks to the hotel manager (sorry do not remember the name:( ) for the quick response and generous room upgrade. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and customer-oriented approach made our stay truly exceptional. The best start to the 2026, excellent service, delicious food and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Voco was exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It’s clear that great care goes into making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was a particular highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options that made it hard to choose what to try first. The dining area was pleasant and well organized, and it was a great way to start each day. If I had to point out the smallest area for improvement, it would be the coffee machine at breakfast. Every few cups it seemed to take a little break of its own and stop working. To their credit, the staff was incredibly quick to fix it each time, so it was never a major issue — though it did add a couple of unexpected pauses to the morning coffee ritual. Also, a lighthearted observation: some of the breakfast items were placed on shelves that seemed designed for professional basketball players. For the rest of us, it turned into a bit of an early-morning stretch exercise! :P Overall, these were very minor quirks in what was otherwise a truly excellent stay. I would happily return to and recommend to others.
