Cosy, comfortable, cool spot. One of the few pet friendly places i could find
Super pet friendly. Good value. Great Staff. Good AC and hot water pressure. Large room. It was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Access to the communal kitchen was a nice plus.
The place was in a cute little residential area that we walked through. Lots of turkeys and chickens around and friendly street dogs. We saw too women in a small community centre making hammocks and we watched them for awhile. It was very interesting. The property itself was very well maintained and had a cute kitten and cat roaming around to play with. Comfortable bed and hot water shower. Beautiful simple breakfast brought to the table on the deck in the morning. Sitting drinking coffee to bird sounds in the morning. It was lovely!
It is an insolite experiment to try if you like some adventure! We booked the 2 different room styles. The “classic” one has AC while the other doesn’t have (and cannot really has it as it is like sleeping in a Maya’s house). Both are charming places and little complex is surrounded by locals and little farms (if you don’t like animals like dogs cats and rosters… might not be for you) be we found the environment lovely (but consequently loud with the roasters).
We stayed here just overnight to get some rest on a road trip. Very friendly check in. Room was basic but clean and great AC. One of the few pet friendly places with free parking.
It's a bit off the noisy main road and all the restaurants and street food stands are just a 10 minutes walk away. The dogs are very sweet (although barking in front of our cabana at night) and accompanied us when we strolled through the village. They also have two very cute cats. Expect a more rustic, close to nature experience so you'll wanna bring earplugs for the night.. The cabins can be locked but are not fully sealed. There is a mosquito net for the bed but we got a few bites anyway (who knows what that was)
