The room was prepped beforehand, AC on, huge flat screen and fast WiFi. There is a pool on the top floor which grants a scenic view of the Mexican Favela, just top notch 👌 will definitely book again.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the house and outside deck - the owners have put a lot of thought into what visitors may want and need - I can't think of anything we went without. Upon arriving, it's about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot. The bus service is handy in Boca and overall the community in Boca is super friendly, including all the dogs and cats! Restaurants on the beach are pretty pricey but there's some local vendors and a few local restaurants that are more affordable.

The location for the hotel is good if you want to enjoy the heart of the city. We liked the courtyard area since we travel with a big dog and needed a quiet and comfortable place. We had a restful good stay and would choose this place to stay a second time.

Casa Matia was the perfect place to spend our week in Guadalajara. The owner, Fer, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped and organized and the common areas were kept very clean. The location is very walkable. The hostel is pet friendly and provides water as well! Highly recommend!

Lovely well furnished room. Quiet. Great view. This wouldnt be for everyone. Its not close to anything, and there is a very steep rocky (short) driveway into the place. Good security. Very interesting location. We would definitely stay there again with our little dog.

The location was quite nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us, and while there is a charge of 500 pesos, they were very welcoming and sweet with her. They also provided us with extra blankets (including one for her). The garden is lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy (we ended up just parking on the street right in front of the hotel). We really enjoyed Mascota and the climb to the top of the hill the next day.
