I also wanted to call out a staff from Cinthia who was our tour guide in Xenotes and Najaida from rest CANTINA VI.AI.PI is wonderful.

The staff were kind and attentive. The hotel was quiet, a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and ambiance. Everything from the architecture of the hotel and villas to cleanliness and food were 10/10.

Smeštajni objekat Panther Bay Boutique Hotel ima besplatne bicikle, bazen na otvorenom, vrt i zajednički salon u gradu Akumal. everything was amazing in the property the staff the facilities, they let me check out late I mean like 4pm without any issues or disturbance they were very accommodating and welcoming the villa itself was absolutely beautiful, highly highly recommend it I stayed at many 5 star places out in Mexico but this villa was probably the best one

This place is so serene. It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Set 2 km from Xcacel Beach, Ku kuk Glamping offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi in public areas. Amazing stay, magical place with beautiful surroundings and excellent attention from the hosts. Everything was perfectly clean, well put, attention to detail. We loved everything about it, there was an amazing pool and gorgeous natural jacuzzi.

Big and clean apartment with 2 dormitories and a neat dining table. Ful kitchen with all you will need to prepare any meal. Private parking a few metres away, within the secure private neighbourhood. Swimming pool is fine, and has some blissful shade in the afternoon. The security guards were also very polite and helpful when our lost luggage was delivered. Highly recommended!
