Great staff, pet friendly and great for families, couples, groups, etc.

Large bathroom and 6-foot bed. View of the cathedral from the (tiny) balcony and view of Popacatepetl from the terrace and bar. Lift. Free valet parking. Great location near the cathedral and main square. I must point out the extremely helpful and friendly staff member, Gerardo, who spoke excellent English and was a great asset to us.

Very comfortable hotel in a lovely old building. Big, comfortable bed, hot shower, decent wifi, nice outdoor area, and very welcoming of both people with pets and people with families. Also a great location and easy parking. Overall, a really good experience and excellent value for money.

Me encanta que sean pet friendly

The best thing about this stay was that we could see Mount Popocatepetl through the window of the room. The lobby of the hotel was nicely decorated and the restaurant had fairly good food at decent prices. The hotel has a couple of pharmacies and convenience stores nearby. The gym was quite well equipped and had nice views of the mountains. The free parking is nearby and quite big.
