I had a very enjoyable stay at Dar Shaden hostel and the people running this house made my Oman trip unforgettable. I got to go on a camping trip with the team to Jabal Sham and this was my most favorite experience in Oman. If you plan to go explore anywhere in Oman, dont hesitate to ask them. Maybe they can arrange their time and get you there (with a fee), much better than joining a tour. The hostel is very clean, new and well maintained. Big living room, kitchen is fully equipped. The location is near the airport, around 10km. The hosts of the house are truly kind and always willing to help. They made me feel welcoming and at home. I booked 1 night and ended up staying 3 nights. I was so sad to leave. Thank you Osama, Nuri and Abrar

This hotel is a must for lovers of modern architecture seeking relaxion, beautiful views and a peaceful environment. From the restaurant you have open view over the pool and onto the sea. This setting is simply gorgeous. The symmetry of the place is marvellous. The rooms are spacious and the enterior design is modern and pleasing to the eye. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The hotel is well located as it is about 20 minutes by car to Wadi Tiwi and Wadi Shab and this drive is easy to do. We also went to Sur one afternoon which takes about one hour. We would definitely perfer to stay here than in a more crowded or touristic area as the serenity of the place makes it perfect to wind down. After a long day out, the jaccusy was our highlight of the evening. In the morning we enjoyed a swimm at the beach of the hotel. The water is very calm and it is also easy to swimm there. The breakfast is also quite nice and in Arabic - European style with joghurt, fruits and eggs as well as 'fool', beans, pita bread, salad and labneh. Above all, Said and Milad manage the hotel very well, are incredibly kind and helpful and in a good mood. They always care about the well-being of their guests. Said & Milad, you have done a great job in building this place here at this beautiful spot. Congratulations and good luck for the future!

It's above a mall or shopping center and minutes from the Opera House. The instructions are clear for entering the car park and getting to the apartment. The apartment has a lovely living room and dining room, the table all set for a meal if so desired. Very modern furniture etc. As it was our final night in Muscat, we didn't spend much time in the apartment but it's very comfortable. It was great as it wasn't far to drive to our favorite Lebanese retaurant, Al Joud. We also went for facials at Hakim's barber shop nearby. Therefore, it's a good location for getting to other places too. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. Cot is included as well as mattresses if more than 4 etc. A great surprise was snacks and lot's of choices of hot drinks as complimentary treats. Toothbrushes, shampoo etc are all available. A clean and large kitchen too. Again, we didn't cook or anything but the possibility is there. If we were to visit Muscat again, we would definitely book this apartment for a few night. It was also one of the few apartments with a balcony though it's overlooking the highway across. However, I sat and enjoyed my coffee in the sunshine for one final morning in the sunshine before heading for winter wonderland in Sweden.

Everything about this stay was perfect. From the warm hospitality provided by our host, Lily, to the attentiveness of the owners, we felt right at home. The facility is meticulously designed with every amenity available. The terrace offers a magnificent view, and being able to light a campfire during the cold weather added a wonderful, cozy vibe to our experience. It make me extend my stay for more few days

Very comfortable and beautifull new appartement, fully equiped with all you need. The owner was really kind and helpfull and the communication was perfect. It was no problem with later checkout, which helped us a lot. There are great facilities as swimming pool and underground parking. We really enjoyed!

Although it's called an apartment, we would consider it a house! It's much bigger than we expected and plenty of space for us 5 friends travelling together. We initially booked just 1 night but were so grateful that we were able to book a 2nd night as the home here is such a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor space with pool is so spacious with plenty of shade. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare breakfasts and dinner each evening. The location is quiet and peaceful which we loved. We got up early both mornings to what sunrise at the beach. Wadi al Arbeieen was our favourite thing to do nearby, beautiful space for swimming and exploring. We'd love to stay here again when back in Oman
