We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and cosy, offering a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant was equally impressive, with delicious food, a great variety of options, and a team that provided prompt and courteous service throughout every meal. Brian, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to address all our questions and requests. His staff even assisted us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!
