Also the reception staff Jeanette and Marianne was amazing, they literally scheduled the whole trip from reception, any day drips / bike hire / dives and the whole transportation logistics…. The people were amazing and so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel like part of the family. The food was absolutely delicious and we would loved to have stayed forever. You couldn’t find a better place. A true home away from home. Thank you MACRINA, Lee, Pepe, Thaya, Jason, Bell, Curtis and all the animals for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

It’s well located, close to Puerto Galera, and although it’s near the road, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, and traffic didn’t bother me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with working (though a bit loud) air conditioning, comfy beds, hot water, toiletries, toilet paper, a kettle, drinking water, and good Wi-Fi. There’s also a great restaurant at the entrance where you can have breakfast and enjoy solid meals between 9am and 9pm. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The bed is pretty comfortable with multiple pillows. The place is also clean (though a little run down, here and there).

The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and perfect temperature, which made it really refreshing. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Having the option to cook our own breakfast made us feel right at home. It was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Excellent location downtown, friendly staff and Medela and her husband dropped us off at the port the next day. Thank you and see you again one day!
