The property was well maintained and really beautiful, pool area was clean and really nice aswell. Staff was amazing, and Iara helped us with everything we needed help with; such as transport, trips and did everything to make our stay even better. It was a very quiet part of San Vincente so if you want a quiet area or something romantic then this is perfect. It’s right by Long Beach and we pretty much had the whole beach for ourselves. If we’re ever coming back to this area this is definetly the place we’ll be going to.

The location is about 10 minutes out of town in a taxi (150-200php) and is less than a 10 minute walk from the hot springs (a must see!). For us it was an ideal quieter spot, with friendly locals and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. There is a great pizza place next door (seriously good though) and the homestay owners will make you breakfast for a small fee (at your request). They will help you out with taxis/kayaks/tours. There are also a few small shops in the area for water & snacks. The two bathrooms are shared but we had no issues waiting around ages for a shower or to use the toilet etc. There is a mosquito net on the window and a fan in the room. It’s very clean and meets all basic needs. We were sad to leave as everyone was so friendly but the homestay was all booked up, so we couldn’t extend our stay!

Pure Excellence. Exceeds expectations. Donna and Arlyn are so nice and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble for them. It is not crowded at all. Food is excellent, so is service. You can't improve perfection. Thank you everyone. The even prepared sandwiches to take with us. We left at 4 a.m. Sandwiches were made fresh that morning.
