It is a beautiful hotel. Keep in mind that a 4- or 5-star hotel in the Philippines are somewhat lower. This surprised us in many aspects. The best? 1) That the location is outside the center of El Nido in an authentic community 2) The food. I was afraid that I have read that the food is great but is of exact amount. We do not agree with those comments. It is true that it is designed for appetizer, main course and dessert. I believe that the owners are Spanish and Filipino that's why the proportion of the food is according to these cultures. They cook with good water and olive oil and the dishes do not exceed 10$ and it is super quality. We have enjoyed the food and repeated several dishes and wines. 3) The natural environment where you feel really connected with. 4) The private tours crafted just for you 5) Massages are exceptional 6) Game areas and pool offers enjoyment It is a place for the lovers of nature, books and exclusive services. A 10 to staff. We will be back for sure. They only have 7 cottages and as much as we want to stay for another couple of nights, sadly we can't because they are fully booked.

A Touch of Pink Secret Eco Retreat with Pool, Starlink WiFi, Netflix, Mountain Views - Peaceful Stay in Puerto Princesa Near Underground River, Firefly Watching, and Waterfalls - Perfect Stop Between... Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the last building in the village brings tranquility, situated on a hill in a jungle, with a garden full of lush vegetation, and cool mornings. We felt safe and slept well. Benjamin is always there with advice and recommendations. Kristine cooks fresh and tasty food, priced at decent rates. There are two common areas to relax and admire the landscape or vegetation, and they also have a pool. Located halfway to the underground River tours, it's ideal for the morning pick-up of the shared transfer; you're picked up last, so you avoid the crowds and stops at other hotels, then on the return, you're the first to be dropped off, which is wonderful because you're tired after the tour. You can reach Porto Princess city or Honda Bay Wharf by public bus or shared van if you want to try the Island Hopping Tour. They also offer transportation or you can move around with a scooter, which they have for rent, by bus, or shared van. It's so pleasant here that we extended our stay by another day.
