The staff were super warm and accommodating, always making me feel at home. Airport pick-up was a big plus and having a motorcycle ready made getting around so easy. Even with the glamping-style setup, the room had a good working AC and reliable internet, which made it extra comfortable. And the breakfast—wow, the servings were really generous. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Our host Rose was so lovely and welcoming! She was so helpful with bookings and we couldn’t recommend Emma’s Place more. You feel right at the middle of the jungle, we saw many birds, squirrels and stars at night.. yes there are insects but there is a mosquito net. Free scooters. Free shuttle from airport to the place. Staff were amazing (!) we got a welcome drink and they even made us free vegetarian dinner next to a bonfire. Breakfast was great and served to the balcony.

Perfect location between Puerto Princesa and the Underground River. Welcome drinks on arrival were a welcome surprise! Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

By far the most professional, friendly, and helpful staff we have came across during our trip. The hotel is beautiful, of the highest quality, and extremely clean. The infinity pool offers a spectacular view of the magical El Nido, accompanied with delicious cocktails. The 1h head, shoulders and back massage was of high quality and at a reasonable price. The bedroom (Premium Studio) felt like home, with modern, yet local/natural decorations. The included breakfast was also very good. An amazing welcome cocktail is included at your arrival. Basically every transfer is covered by the property, including El Nido- Puerto Princesa, at very competitive price, so you might want to check out their fares before booking anything else.
