I had a problem because I booked the wrong hotel. At first they didn’t want to reimbruse me because I booked over booking.con and I booked a non refundable rate. Even though I admitted the mistake the same day. Eventualy we came to an agrement to stay only 2 days and I was happy they met me half way. The lady called Maria was really heldul and full of understanding. Actually I must comend the whole staff because they made my stay really pleasant.

Free WiFi and free parking are provided. Everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was very big and clean, it had a wonderful view. The second day I was at the spa and the experience was amazing, I never felt as relaxed as then.

Dinner was also very good. Parking, nice room. Excellent internet. The girls at the reception were more than helpful.

The room size was excellent, and the bed was exceptionally cozy. We are very grateful for the communication with the staff, who accommodated us quickly and provided all the information we needed. We were truly impressed and will definitely stay here again at every opportunity. We were especially grateful for the late check-in option and the entire communication with Giulia, despite the spontaneous booking.
