The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

The bathroom has really hot water and good water pressure. 3. The bed was soooo comfortable that we overslept by a couple of hours. 4. The personnel made us feel like part of the family. 5. The food was so good that we wanted to steal the cook and take her home. 6. The location is in the old citadel in a quiet area perfect for couples and families. Our only problem was that we couldn't stay longer.
