It’s the perfect mix of nature and comfort—I already can’t wait to come back!

Koh Chang is a beautiful island—not only is the island itself lovely but so are the people who live there. No exception at Lonely Groove: Lemon and her sister were so happy, kind and caring, their big smiles and warmth reminded me of being at home with my mom. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. I loved chatting to them before heading out to explore or after coming back from a long day in the sun. Some notes: the bungalows are further inland which means less foot traffic and noise from other hotels/bars; it's peaceful, quiet and clean; the beach is less than five minutes away (stop by all cafes/restaurants on the way to/from the beach!); my bungalow was modest and roomy, had all the necessities, including a mosquito net, and aircon didn't cost much more; hammock on the outside patio; watch out for monkeys who want to take your food! I would love to come back.

We really loved the location, the house is in a very quiet coconut farm, 5min from the beach by foot, it’s so quiet and relaxing. The house itself is very nice, with all the things you need to enjoy your time here. The owner is so kind and very helpful, he always made sure everything was good. We would definitely come back. Amazing stay.

The rooms have awesome big comfortable beds with excellent aircon. Will be staying here when I come back to Koh Kood.
