He looked after my belongings like they were his own while I was on the mountain and shared his time and home with me for a truly memorable dinner. You won't find this kind of genuine, human connection in big hotels. If you value authenticity and want to meet one of the most interesting people in Tanzania, stay here. What a gem! Ah, I loved every bit of my short stay at Goodtimewithfar House. Set up in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, Far's place welcomes you into a chic little paradise. The space is well thought out; from the outdoor area to the living room, kitchen and the rooms themselves. Super tidy! I was given a free updgrade for my room (thank you Far) but would have been equally happy with the room I had booked! The beds are super comfortable and are warm blankets provided (I came when it's chilly and rainy). There is hot water and really nice scented body wash. The breakfast is deliciously made and set up nicely! Sauda does a fantastic job! And the host; Far is a wonderful human being. Takes care of all the little things and is always available if you need anything. Thank you Far! Goodtimewithfar is definitely highly recommended! I definitely should have stayed longer. I'll be eargerly planning for my next trip back.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds with a garden and pool, and lots of beautiful potted plants. Lots of beautiful wood. Every detail was meticulously thought out. Attention to the guest. Klaus, the owner, was very attentive. Beds and bathrooms were decorated beautifully. Excellent cuisine. We highly recommend this apartment. The standard is very high.

Felt at home at Kivuli Lodge. All the employees are incredibly helpful and Frank literally answers messages or calls within seconds to take care of all of your needs - for which I'm very grateful. Would go there again for sure.
