It felt like I was staying in a hotel instead of a hostel. The dorm room was really clean and it had lockers too. The bed was huge and the bathroom and the shower were nice. The staff was very friendly. The pool and the food (incl. breakfast) were great!

We were assigned the family room which is a quaint beautiful cottage with an ocean view in a secluded corner of the property. We had unobstructed view of the ocean and got to experience beautiful sunrises which added to the charm. I loved the rustic decor of the rooms, the quiet ambiance, the cleanliness of the property in general, and adequate number of palapas by the beach such that we didn’t need to wake up early each morning to secure our spot as is typical in most beach resorts.

It is clean and the breakfast is varied and delicious with the restaurant next to the ocean. We loved our stay here. The staff was super kind and helpful and there were groups sport classes for free that were very enjoyable aswell!

This is a relatively new hotel and small hotel (only 6 rooms), located in a dreamed place with stunning ocean views from every room. The rooms are big and comfortable, beautifully designed and very well maintained. Restaurant/bar open from 7am to 11pm every day. Food is ok but we went in low season and the hotel was at half capacity so I think this might be better in high season, cocktails were really good. This is an ideal hotel if you are looking for a very quiet relaxing vibe, operated by their owners, on the beach (the hotel is design to live your holiday barefoot as all common areas are sand, don’t worry there’s a feet washer outside every room). Town is a nice 30 min walk down the beach only in low tide, or a USD 5 taxi/tuc tuc. We loved it so much that we end up cancelling another hotel we had in the north of the island just to stay more time here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a super relaxed holiday, were you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach walks and amazing snorkel right there from the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Diamond White. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and were happy to accommodate late check out as the room was not booked that evening. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and dinner was delicious at a fair price. Rooms were spotless and comfortable with AC, fans, mosquito nets, and an outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach and other restaurants, and a cheap boda ride to everywhere else. The chef kindly dropped us off at the daladala station when we left, and the proprietor was super attentive. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Elizabeth gave us useful information and tips about the island and where to go. They have an adorable dog Scoobie who protected us :) The territory of the hotel is beautiful, green, and always being taken care of. The swimming pool is equipped with the shower and 6 sunbeds. We loved the breakfast! It was from the menu, but you could choose 2 super tasty options every day, such as, for example, avocado toast, omelet, or pancake. Yummy!

Помешкання Maharaja Boutique Hotel Zanzibar розміщено у місті Уроа, за менше ніж 1 км від пам'ятки "Громадський пляж Уроа". It’s an amazing hotel. Really liked the place. It’s small and cozy resort. During my stay all staff used to address me by name. Thank you so much to Anita for assisting and attending all my needs and Yaya for arranging my tours. Especially I liked the house keeping. It was not just clean but always decorated with flowers and bath towels in a different shapes on my bed. Looked really awesome. The place is really like on the picture provided here on booking.com. WiFi was perfect working on a whole territory of the resort. During your dinner you can enjoy life music and traditional dancing. Food was always fresh and tasty. The bar is just next to the pool and staff can attend you even during your sunbathing.
