It’s an amazing place to stay. It’s located in a really nice village which you can walk around and the place itself has a beautiful view of the river. It’s also pretty clean.

Communication with the hosts was fast and responsive. With Isaac’s help, we were easily able to find the property. Isaac himself was a fantastic and attentive host who made our stay feel like a home away from home. The rest of the staff were equally fantastic and supportive with each and every one of our requests at the venue. The location itself is worth the journey, with a clear and enchanting view of the Nile from the front verandah, and a pool that we made good use of. There were also pets on the property that were incredibly cute and charming. My friends and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely visit this property again. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed group trip.

I travelled here in November with two friends. Absolutely stunning place, surrounded by all kinds of nature. (You will see monkeys!) The cottages blew me away: well situated next to the lake, spacious, well decorated. Everything was clean and all amenities worked without issue. You can get food at all times. For the good price, I can definitely recommend coming here, it's really a dream.

The number one thing I loved was Peter Obbo. This man was our lifeline on the island. We arrived in monsoon rain and this man came out to greet us and show us to our room. He cooked us up some of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. He picked us fresh fruit from the garden, showed us around the island and had the best playlist playing the entire time we were by the pool. Peter even special ordered us food/drinks from the mainland when items were missing on the island. No doubt, the best part. He ran the island.

2 Friends Jinja offers accommodation in Jinja. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room comes with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature a seating area for your convenience. This resort was pure Heaven. It had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area is so nice. Great for sunning and relaxing. Zip-lining, tubing and other attractions are all close by. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed an excellent bowl of pasta in the afternoon. I highly recommend House of Snacks for excellent local dining
