The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

Excellent location close to subway and plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Close to the park and museums. Clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.

Featuring spectacular views of the skyscrapers and bridges of New York City, this hotel is located in the Lower East Side neighbourhood of Manhattan. A beautiful hotel just of East Houston which is where I needed to be. The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The open fire in the downstairs area gave it the feel of a private house. My room was cozy and comfortable, with a big size bathroom with bathtub. The restaurant did excellent breakfasts. I will always stay here when I come to NYC!

Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

The appartment was super clean, all amenties were available including alot of coffee pods, towels, soap. Shampoos etc. The area is safe and and a 20 mins trip to times square cia public transportation. The host was very friendly. In short, We had an anazing stay !

The hotel is new, very clean, has a great vibe in part due to the decor but mostly thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. This is a lovely well run urban retreat, befitting of the Paspaley legacy...on return each evening you feel as though you leave behind the chaos and dirtiness of Manhattan once you walk through the doors.

Equinox Hotels was created for those who rest and play as hard as they work. For those who seek a place that matches the scale of their ambitions and a space to restore and regenerate. Fantastic hotel. Room is really clean. Loved the minibar though items can be pricey. Really enjoyed club equinox facilities. Felt very safe in this location .
