There is a school across the street, so at certain times of the day you may see students riding motorbikes, which is completely typical for Vietnam but can be surprising for foreigners. I would especially like to highlight the hosts — young, polite, friendly, genuinely caring about guests’ comfort, and with excellent English. This is an excellent place for solo travelers, remote workers, and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere while still enjoying comfort.
