For a decently priced hotel, everything was wonderful! From the staffs to the room and the service, I spend like 2 nights there and it was wonderful, the reception was nice, the breakfast food is delicious (especially the fried noodles ❤️) and the place is clean. I really love it and would love to stay back here again another time. Thank you so much!

Without a doubt it was my best stay in my whole life We booked 3 bedroom villa and after tow days they upgraded us to presidential villa which it was just a Gem 3 large rooms with a luxury furniture including outdoor cinema and la Large heated pool with a separate kids pool Including 3 smart TV and speakers , caroke and even Playstation 5 The resort is very very massive that you nedd a days to explore it There amazing activity club The breakfast is massive with all variation of foods Have tow restaurants and their room dining is very delicious and not pricy We tried in villa barbecue with it was amazing experience just front the pool Absolutly will come back

location wasn't that great. road leading to the hotel wasn't that good either. towels for guests look awful like been used since a decade ago.

We had to find a driver to bring us from Bogor to Malabar via the Puncak Pass during the anual Indonesian holiday. We were very lucky to have great support here from Deina at the IBIS reception desk. She worked very hard to make it happen and it did work out well. Thanks again Deina, you're the best!! At the entrance tasty juices are provided for free. We had an early breakfast that was excellent; quite Asia centered but with mouthwatering bubur! Kitchen went the extra mile to provide us with after dinner pineapple, which was actually not on the menu. Another great asset is the location of the hotel right next to the Royal Gardens.

Beautiful verandah and perfect location

Fantastic mountain view frome the room with mountain view. However if its rainy then its hard to see the mountain sometimes. But when you see it its fantastic. Very good breakfast, very good dinner and the staff cleans the room everyday. They smile and greet whenever they see me and my wife.

The room was okay. Small yet clean. The toilet at the outside of the room is next to my room.

Definitely the location that is opposite the Bogor Botanical Gardens and nearby shops. Very clean, bed comfortable, water preasure good. Car parking available. Breakfast is really great with Western and Indonesia food available. Enjoy a beer at the bar or a swim in the pool. Internet freely available in room or bar / pool area.
