He was super responsive, offered to pick us up at the airport, and even met us in the parking lot when we ended up taking the taxi from the airport. He carried our suitcases to the apartment, spent time going over everything, and even shared his dining recommendations. The apartment is large! Its nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and even has an extra shower which was great so we didn't have to wait to clean up - especially important when you come back sweaty and sticky from the August heat
