The room is clean and comfortable. The location is exceptional as it is right next to the train station and a convenience store.

가마쿠라에 자리한 Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura에서는 편안한 객실을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 유이가하마 해수욕장에서 15분 거리, 쓰루가오카 하치만궁에서 1km 내 거리에 있습니다. 이 4성급 호텔에서는 에어컨, 무료 Wi-Fi가 완비된 객실과 레스토랑 등을 제공합니다. 각 객실에는 전용 욕실이 마련되어 있습니다. 위치가 너무 좋았고 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 어메니티도 고객들을 배려해서 세심하게 준비되어 있는게 너무 좋았습니다. 근처에 레스토랑도 많고 편의점도 바로 옆이라서 편리했어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다.

The room was bigger than most Tokyo hotels. My family of 6 can stay in 1 apartment hotel with 2 bathrooms. Place was convenient and near a family mart and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The river view, the kitchen, the laundry and the spacious room. The staff are so kind and helpful. They help me with baggage delivery through combini. Special thank to them all

Excellent room facilities. Good complimentary breakfast and early evening snacks. Fantastic location. Will be back again.

Staff is great - we checked in late so they helped us and moved our luggages to our room. The self check in was easy. Room is bigger than any other rooms in Tokyo! Especially the bathroom. It was a nice change. The area is so so, we booked it for easy connection to Narita. Otherwise would stay more central. The hotel is very clean and looks nice and new. There is laundry (self-service) on site. You can leave your luggages after check out.

도쿄 내 타이토 구역의 이상적인 곳에 자리한 KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi에서 머물러보세요. 숙소는 Kinryu Park에서 2분 거리, Sogenji Temple에서 400m, Akiba Shrine에서 4분 거리에 있습니다. We liked being in a quiet area away from the crowds. A 10-15 minute walk to get to the tourist spots but we enjoyed the walk. The kitchen was stocked for making meals and it was nice having a washing machine in the room.

도쿄 내 타이토 구역의 훌륭한 장소에 자리한 KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi에서 머물러보세요. 숙소는 Matsuba Park에서 5분 거리, Eiken-ji Temple에서 100m, Kappabashi-dori Shopping Street에서 5분 거리에 있습니다. Best combination of location, price, room for a family of four! We stayed here last year and come back this year. We plan to do so every time we visit Tokyo !

The best hotel in Tokyo — without a doubt! I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan, but Mimaru was truly special. My father wasn’t feeling well and needed to see a doctor, and the entire staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to help us. They made sure he could see a doctor immediately, even accompanying us to the clinic and helping with translation — not just once, but twice! We were deeply touched by their kindness and care. They constantly checked in to make sure my father was okay throughout our stay, all the way until checkout. We are truly grateful for everything they did. As for the location — it’s perfect. Close to shops, malls, Uniqlo, Don Quijote, and just a 3–5 minute walk from both the JR Station and the subway. The room was spotless, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!
