Perfect Kyoto location. Close to Gion but also to downtown and station. Lots of great bars and restaurants in strolling distance. Felt new and rooms were clean, quiet and good sized. Extremely good value at time of booking. Really friendly staff and they offer free breakfast snacks.

Such a lovely apartment! It's incredibly clean and just the right size for a comfortable stay. All amenities are provided, including toiletries, washing machine, washing powder, a hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, fridge, kettle, microwave. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk from the two main metro stations you'll use the most in Osaka. Honestly, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It exceeded all our expectations!

Good location, nice rooms, very cool, laid back place to stay. It is close to the train station and from there it is easy to go to central Kobe, Osaka, etc. It is close to an arcade with nice restaurants and a few bars.

This place got some good vibes. Very peaceful. Loved how they have a Kyoto map on a sidewall to direct and kept travel/food guide books to help tourists. Best location. Close to main Kyoto station. I loved my walks seeing Shinkansen passing by all the time.

We stayed for 4 nights with two children, aged 9 and 7. The 2 bedroom suite was fantastic- offering a real home away from home. The weather was extremely hot during our stay (late July) so I was great to have a comfortable base to come back to in the hottest part of the day. We liked the location, easy to get about and handy to the station or walk to key sites downtown. The staff were superb, always welcoming us with huge smiles and interest in what we’d been doing each day. I really couldn’t fault anything.

Hotel at the JR-Station. Kyoto Downtown is not here, so there are maybe better locations for tourists. The hotel itself is huge. We had a bit the feeling of a hotel of the big ones in las vegas. With all its pros and cons.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Location is very convenient and close to subway and bus stations, but far enough that it is quiet at night. There are many attractions within walkable distance. Room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Kyoto station and a short bus ride away from the main city centre. Staff were absolutely amazing and the hotel was spotless. One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast is a must try.

Aunthetic place to stay. The building is older but the rooms are clean, spacious, and unique. Incredibly sweet staff and the Onsen was the best after long days in the sun. Great location right by the main station, so all sights are easily accessed. Sleeping on the tatami mats and in the traditional rooms was fun, but may not be for everyone. At least try a few nights. Stay here!
