It was our second stay in Jermuk, but first time to Moselle. I got to say that this is so far the only hotel in Armenia that not only look but also act as a proper 5 star hotel. The hotel is simply fantastic, looks fresh new, neat clean, quiet, very nice and cozy... They are really professional with handling their customers. For example, it was pleasant surprise that the hotel didn´t even ask for card details at the reservation, unlike other hotels in Armenia that can´t wait to charge you sometimes even at the reservation, or at the latest at the check-in (which gives the vibe of desperation). It´s located just in the touristic centre of the city, literally few minutes of walk from gallery of water... Also the parking is great, just in front of the hotel, behind the secured entry, which is very much appreciated.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. This was our first visit to Jermuk. The hotel is modern, stylish, tasteful design. The hotel staff is very friendly, high quality service, tasty homemade food. The view from our room was fantastic! If you book the room with balcony you will not regret! The procedures in the health center were good.

We loved everything! The house is equipped with everything you’d need, the barbecue area is available and you can buy firewood at the property. Hot water boiler provides sufficient amount of water, beds are comfy, everything is nice and clean!
