Everything The chalet was perfect for a family, it has everything you need. It was warm, comfortable and cosy. I liked the coffee machine and the Marshall Action III Bluetooth home speaker. The restaurant was authentic and the food was delicious and perfect. We liked that there were a set menu for dinner and not a buffet. Very convenient shuttle service to the cable car gondola.

From the minute we entered reception we were warmly welcomed and instantly made to feel at home. The room is very cosy and very spacious- especially for our family of 5. The restaurant offered big variety of food and different themes on certain nights (Italian, traditional etc). The restaurant also provided entertainment on carnaval night. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel which is a huge bonus and makes exploring that much easier. We spent a lot of our time using the spa facilities which is very rewarding after a long day skiing!

Great facilities including a good size pool and an expansive spa area with saunas and steam rooms. Rooms were lovely, very good range of quality food, and really exceptionally nice service (including the good man at reception giving us a lift to the station when our taxi didn’t arrive - thank you!).
